Tooling for semiconductor industry

The project consisted of the development of a potting tool for a custom actuator. The tool had to apply a constant force to the actuator and avoid any deflection of it during the potting process. This required FEM analysis to make sure the tool was robust enough to withstand with such internal pressure. Several other requirements were requested and fulfilled.

Potting is a process of filling an electronic assembly or component with a solid or gelatinous material.

LEDfield alignment tool

ACE development a mechatronic tool to align high-end LED panels (TruePix series). The generation of LED panels of 0.9 – 1.5 mm pixels. The tool had to ensure an accurate position of LED patterns within 30 microns. The tool had to be lightweight and stand alone.

WHEN TO WORK WITH US

When you need custom fixtures, jigs, or automated tooling for complex assembly and alignment tasks

When your production line requires specialized mechanical tools for precise lifting or handling

When you lack the internal engineering capacity to design, validate (FEM), and prototype new tools
